What a great place. It had everything you would ever need. Comfortable and prompt communication. We especially liked the fenced backyard for the pup. And Mike even provided poop bags. I would highly recommend this place. 5 star rating on all aspects.

Positively Prescott is five minutes from Whiskey Row and the Yavapai County Courthouse in Prescott, Arizona. Goldwater, Watson, Lynx and Willow lakes, Granite Basin and Thumb Butte are all a short drive, with hiking trails and the national forest close by.
Good to know
Getting in
Access the house through a touchpad lock on the front and side doors. Send the host your zip code to use as the door code or a random one will be assigned. If you plan to use the EV Charger, let the host know to receive the code to unlock it.
Security cameras
There are 3 security cameras on the property. One facing the front of the property. One faces the rear of the property. One on the side facing the carport. These cameras are there for your safety and security. Upon request, any recorded footage will be deleted after checkout.
Smoking
No smoking of any kind inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside only.
Visitors
Daytime guests are welcome. The yard holds up to 15 people, but only the registered guests may stay overnight.
